![]() Spring is just around the corner! With that Said, don’t forget to spring ahead Spark! Pro series – 11th March 2022 Spiceworks Originals. ![]() I am at a loss what to do or check next, and any help would be appreciated. To add insult to injury, anybody that was previously logged into the app on their phone is still getting messages successfully pushed to them, I just cant do a new account. The only thing that has happened, we had a local power outage of several hours forcing us to shutdown the exchange server and reboot it when power was back. I have used the https:/ / / tests/ exchange tests offered and they all come up fine and able to connect, only throwing an error with the self signed cert, which was never a problem before, outlook app allowed you to continue with the self signed cert. Nothing has changed on the server, we haven't even applied the June updates yet, and nothing has changed on the firewall (ports, service objects, address objects, and NAT rules the same). We are getting an Unable to Login message. As of this last week we cannot add new user accounts to the outlook app. We use a self signed certificate ( on a domain.local server), which is why we use the outlook app and not the default iPhone mail app. Our company uses iPhones with the Outlook app on them to connect to our on prem Exchange 2016 server.
