Looked in the C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository and found zebra drivers. I searched for the INF and also went through all the OEM*.inf files to make sure none of them were I ran the zebra uninstaller to make sure all drivers were cleared out I restarted the machine (I tried installing the drivers after the restart and the installer said it skipped installing the files because they already existed argh - Started over back at the top of this list) I went into the Print Management/print server properties so I could remove the driver and driver package. ![]() I stopped and restarrted the Print Spooler Service to release the driver so it could be removed in the next step. I went into the Devices and Printers and removed the printer. ![]() BTW I installed this on MY laptop and it works fine (also Win 7 Ultimate 64bit). So I am not sre what she did and I have been trying to fix it ever since. ![]() My wife tried installing it on her machine (Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit) Hello, I know there is a lot to read here but please help! I have been going around in circles with trying to install my Zebra ZP500 Thermal printer that I use for shipping labels.
